A global technology vendor engaged us to review its professional services organisational structure, people skills & capabilities to prepare the Professional Services organisation & its people to meet the needs & expectations of demanding 21st Century customers. We carefully conducted comprehensive people skills & capabilities audit, identified the gaps and made recommendations for improvements. We conducted a detailed skills planning & mapping exercise and identified & implemented personal development plans & relevant training, coaching & mentoring plans. The result was rapid and significant improvement in productivity & financial performance. Operating margins rose from around 19% to 34%.

A smart-card Technology Vendor engaged us to build a Service Delivery organisation to enable it to create a local market presence in the UK & Ireland. We conducted a market review, investigated customer needs & customer-engagement and assessed the business development-related people skills & capabilities required for a customer-focused service delivery organisation. Strategy

A global Energy/Utilities giant engaged us to review its overall strategy in order to improve its service delivery & customer support service. In particular we were asked to review its customer-engagement contact-centre operation and assess opportunities for business transformation & business change in its service delivery organisation structure, including the development of people skills & capabilities we carefully conducted a comprehensive “Strategy Review & Audit”, identified the gaps and made recommendations for improvements. We developed & implemented fully-integrated corporate-wide IS/ICT/CTI Call Centre, IPT/VoIP strategies (planning, development & implementation, Convergence Strategy). The result was a rapid improvement in productivity in service design & delivery, and improved customer engagement & experience.

A global Technology company engaged us to develop its overall VoIP Convergence Strategy proposition on behalf of its end-clients, which included Top-10 Investment Banks. Our brief included the assessment of customer service and the company's customer-engagement contact-centre. Processes

A global technology vendor engaged us to review its business & operational processes including people performance-management, customer-engagement, design & delivery, programme/project management & delivery, customer service & support and Compliance (Sarbanes-Oxley SOX). We carefully conducted a comprehensive Process audit, identified the gaps and made recommendations for improvements. We conducted process planning & mapping and designed & implemented/deployed all the Processes successfully. (Amongst the many best-practice tools/methods we used were SPPM, SIX SIGMA, Lean-Processes, ITIL, MSP, P-2, EPM, SAP/ERP, Siebel/CRM and SOX.). The results were rapid & significant improvements in productivity & financial performance and a rise in operating margins from around 19% to 34%. Sales & revenue growth also increased by 22.5% yearly as a direct result of increased productivity & efficiency which enabled the company to process sales orders much faster and get design & delivery services right first-time.

A global technology vendor engaged us to manage its programme portfolio (size in excess of 800 projects over two-year period with annual revenue around £500 million) to some of its top strategic clients including top-10 investment banks in the UK & EMEA. We designed and built a Programme Office (PMO) with customer-facing design & delivery processes. We carefully conducted an analysis of end-customers' business requirements, designed systems and implemented a programme of strategy planning & rollout which included a comprehensive stringent risk assessment & impact analysis and comprehensive Process documentation to meet stringent requirements. As well as delivering projects to tight deadlines, we also improved productivity & efficiency and increased operating margins from 19% (at the point of engagement) to 34% (from 6 months through our engagement until our contract ended).

A global technology vendor engaged us to deliver its mission-critical command & control public transport communications system. We conducted a rigorous analysis of end-customers' business requirements, designed systems and implemented a programme of strategy planning & rollout. This included a comprehensive and stringent risk assessment & impact analysis, final deployment, and a comprehensive Process documentation to meet stringent public health & safety requirements.
